Problem to Solve: When training current and new hires, Company A has struggled to provide a professional experience for customers via email, thus resulting in loss of revenue and incorrect orders and shipments. 

Solution: A scenario-based e-Learning course that utilized scaffolded interactivity with knowledge checks to keep learners engaged with the material and to allow learners to apply the knowledge to their everyday work. The goal is to eliminate instances of customer complaints due to unprofessional or incomplete emails sent by employees.  This job aid is displayed in the workplace to serve as a reminder for email etiquette.
