I am an instructional designer who is passionate about creating innovative learning solutions. With a commitment to lifelong learning, I thrive on staying abreast of the latest educational trends and methodologies. My organized approach ensures the development of structured and effective learning experiences. I take pride in crafting engaging and innovative solutions that facilitate meaningful learning journeys for individuals and organizations alike.

In my approach to eLearning course design and development, I place a strong emphasis on the significance of human connections. Whether engaging in conversations with learners, subject matter experts (SMEs), or stakeholders, I prioritize meaningful interactions. I bring experience not only with ID but also as an educator for 14 years, where I held many leadership roles in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive curriculum for staff training and professional development, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.    

I am a married with two sons, DJ (14) and Mason (3). We love traveling, attending my oldest son's basketball games, and spending time together.  My family would describe me as accomplished, organized, outgoing, always smiling and positive!  I'd love the opportunity to connect and discuss my unique talents and what I can bring to your organization.
