Problem: Professional email communication is a fundamental tool for clear and organized information exchange, and it plays a crucial role in building strong business relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, and achieving overall success in the workplace. When training current and new hires, Company A has struggled to provide a professional experience for customers via email, thus resulting in loss of revenue and incorrect orders and shipments.
Solution: The goal of the project was to create an onboarding course that would be used to eliminate instances of customer complaints due to unprofessional or incomplete emails sent by employees.

Customer Service Etiquette: Telephone Etiquette
Problem: Company A has struggled to provide a professional and pleasant experience for customers via telephone interactions. This has resulted in customer complaints, negative reviews and loss of revenue.
Solution: The goal of the project was to create an onboarding course that would be used to set guidelines for telephone etiquette to be used by employees when handling phone calls in the workplace.
Highlights: This course includes various interactions, course assessment, and utilizes Storyline blocks for interactivity.
