Design Document: Writing a Professional Email

Problem: Distribution Direct has struggled to provide a professional experience for customers via email, thus resulting in loss of revenue and incorrect orders and shipments.  

Solution: The goal of the project was to create an onboarding course that would be used to eliminate instances of customer complaints due to unprofessional or incomplete emails sent by employees. 

Tools Used: Microsoft Word

Highlights: The business purpose and training recommendation sections are clear and direct.  Content included ensures that all specific learning requests were covered, but without going into as much detail as the storyboard.
